TASTING TIPS

Preparation

1 glass of cereals per person. Soak the oats overnight and then throw away the soaking water.

Pour the volume of oats into 3 times its volume of cold salt water. Cook over low heat, covering 45 minutes to 1 hour from boiling.

Utilisation

Whole grain oat is delicious in cereal accompaniment (is eaten like rice), in soups, soups, cereal patties, gratins …
