TASTING TIPS

Preparation

Provide 1 glass of the product per person. Wash your volume of millet and pour it in 2 to 3 times its volume of boiling salted water.

Cook over low heat for 20 minutes, covering.

Season with a drizzle of oil of your choice.

Utilisation

  • The millet can be present in many recipes. It can be added to soups, stuffings and salads and will be perfect in a gratin.
  • You can also blow it like corn, prepare it in a meat pie with vegetables or serve it with a tomato sauce.
