TASTING TIPS

Preparation

For 1 person, allow about a glass of quinoa. Wash your volume of quinoa then pour it in 2 times its volume of boiling salted water.

Cook for about 15 minutes over low heat, covering and let stand 5 to 10 minutes.

Utilisation

  • Savory: the quinoa can be incorporated into your recipes for tabbouleh, stuffed vegetables, salads, gratins, pancakes … You can eat it hot plain instead of rice or seasoned and seasoned with spices. You can therefore cook it like pilaf (with onions, carrots, garlic …) or indian with spices (cardamom, cumin, coriander).
  • Sweet: For delicious original desserts, combine quinoa with fruit and flavor with cinnamon, 4 spice mix and vanilla.
