Utilization

An essential condiment to Japanese and macrobiotic cuisine, these highly acidic and salty plums are eaten as they are during the meal as an accompaniment to rice, vegetables or legumes. Can also be cooked in a Kuzu cream. Alkalizing food to be consumed in moderation
