TASTING TIPS

Preparation

  For one serving, use about 30 to 40 g of soy protein.

  Rehydrate them in hot water for about 10 minutes.

  Drain and wring out excess water.

 

Utilisation

  • The proteins can be used like meat. After hydration, the weight of the product is tripled and retains its consistency.
  • With a relatively neutral flavor, to give them flavor, we suggest rehydrating the soy protein in a broth, in a soy sauce marinade.
