TASTING TIPS

Preparation

For one people, put 1 volume ( 1 glass) of rice for 3 volumes of cold salt water.

Cook over medium heat and half covered for about 15 to 20 minutes from boiling.

Suggestion: Serve with vegetables and a few legumes. (Think of our legume flakes, quick to cook).
