TASTING TIPS

Preparation

For one people, put 1 volume (1 glass) of rice for 3 volumes of cold salt water.

Cook over medium heat and half covered for about 30 min from boiling. Let swell.

Suggestion: Serve with vegetables and a few legumes. (Think of our legume flakes, quick to cook).

  • This rice is eaten hot as an accompaniment to all your vegetable, legume, tofu, fish, meat, or cold dishes as a basic ingredient in various and varied salads.
