TASTING TIPS

Preparation

Put 1 glass of rice for 2 people in 3 volumes of cold salt water.

Cook over medium heat and half covered for about 45 minutes from the boil.

Suggestion: Serve with vegetables and a few legumes. (Think of our legume flakes, quick to cook).

Utilisation

This brown long grain rice is eaten hot as an accompaniment to all your vegetable, legume, tofu, fish, meat or cold salads. It can also be used as a base for stuffing vegetables.
