TASTING TIPS

Preparation

  • Grill for a few minutes over medium heat in a pan without adding fat.
  • Stir them occasionally so they do not burn.
  • Once grilled, rub the almonds together to remove as much skin as possible. Sprinkle with salt and enjoy.
  • Utilisation
