TASTING TIPS

Preparation

50 g per person. Mix 2 to 3 tablespoons of olive oil with your couscous. Pour 1 volume of hot or boiling water for 1 volume of couscous.

Let rise for 5 to 7 minutes. Optionally, cook for 15 minutes in the steam, removing the grains with a fork.

Season to your liking.

Utilisation

  • You can eat the semi-polished couscous with vegetables and spices or even legumes (chickpeas, etc.), or make delicious couscous and tabbouleh.
