TASTING TIPS

Preparation

Preparation for 2 persons :

Mix 200g of preparation with 50 cl of vegetable drink, water or milk.

Stir in 1 or 2 beaten eggs. Season. Let stand for 10 minutes.

In an oiled pan, pour the preparation into one or more patties and brown on each side.

Utilisation

  • You will enjoy them hot with a tomato sauce or simply a green salad.
  • They can also be eaten cold and will be ideal for a picnic.
