TASTING TIPS

Preparation

1 glass of cereals per person. Soak for one night.

JThen discard the soaking water and pour the volume of the spelt in 3 times its volume of cold salt water.

Cook over low heat for about 1 hour after boiling.

Utilisation

The spelt is used like rice. Its grains remain firm after cooking. It will enrich with a subtle taste your salads, your soups or accompany vegetables or meats.
