TASTING TIPS

Preparation

For one person, put 1 glass of rice and 2.5 to 3 glasses of hot broth.

 

Brown the rice grains in olive oil with chopped onions.

 

Cook for about 20 minutes over medium heat, gradually adding the broth and stirring regularly with a wooden spoon.

 

Utilisation

The semi-polished carnaroli rice is used for the preparation of delicious risottos in the Italian tradition. It is also ideal for making paella, rice-based desserts (rice pudding, etc.) but also for sushi rice.
