TASTING TIPS
Preparation
To grill the nori leaf, pass it over a gas flame, alternating each side quickly so that it evenly grills until it changes color (it becomes dark green) and let it be very crisp.
Then cut the leaf into small pieces and sprinkle them on your salads or hot dishes.
Utilisation
The nori leaf is traditionally used to make delicious Japanese maki and sashimi or to wrap rice rolls with vegetables and / or fish.
Crumbled, nori leaves are also eaten on your dishes of cereals, pasta, fish, vegetables … Cut into strips, they will decorate your soups or broths for soba.
