TASTING TIPS

Preparation

  150 g per 1 liter of broth or water.

  Pour into boiling salted water and stir for 1 to 2 minutes.

  Add olive oil, salt, grated cheese and optionally bake in the oven covered with tomato sauce.

  • The polenta can be used for many culinary preparations, both savory and sweet.
