Preparation

It is not necessary to cook the semolina. For example for a durum wheat semolina tabbouleh, put all the ingredients in a bowl, a few tablespoons of olive oil, mix and let stand for 2 hours in the refrigerator.

Utilisation

  • The brown durum wheat semolina is used in many ways and will be used in soups, couscous, porridge; but also in recipes for desserts, cakes, for gnocchi or dumplings or in bread.
